Virtual Assistant behind Turning Circle VA

I’m a primary school teacher and SENCO turned Virtual Assistant, bringing calm, practical support to people-focused business owners who want more clarity and less juggling.

Teaching taught me how to stay calm under pressure, manage endless to-do lists and adapt when plans change because in teaching, they always do! It also taught me how to communicate with just about anyone, from parents and colleagues to negotiating peace treaties over who gets that toy. Most importantly, it taught me the value of patience, trust and reliability, which I bring to every client I work with.

Making a difference has always been important to me. It was a big part of what I loved about teaching, and it’s something I wanted to carry with me when I started Turning Circle VA.

Now, I get to make a difference in a different way; by supporting people who make a difference to others. By taking care of the admin, organisation and behind-the-scenes details, I can give you more time and headspace to do the work that matters to you and your clients.

Turning Circle VA is more than just a name. It comes from my initials, TC, and reflects how I work: bringing calm to chaos, creating flow and helping things turn in the right direction again.

I’m thoughtful, practical and collaborative in the way I work, always with your goals in mind. And yes, I’d love a magic wand to make the admin disappear, but for now, I’ll settle for keeping the admin monsters at bay!

When I’m not untangling to-do lists, you’ll find me with my partner and two children; walking in the woods, hugging trees, playing card games, drinking too much tea, dancing in the kitchen and trying to keep on top of the things that seem to multiply overnight.
